Amid ongoing efforts to revitalize downtown Louisville, developers have announced plans to bring a new hotel to Main Street near the Waterfront.Dream Hotel Group revealed details this week for the planned hotel dubbed Dream Louisville, which will feature 168 rooms, four original food and beverage options, including a signature restaurant, and a rooftop lounge at 811-823 W. Main St., according to a report from Louisville Business First.The latest signing with Royal Investments LLC marks the second Dream Hotel location for the developer, following the successful launch of the four-star Dream Nashville, Tennessee, in 2019.
