Council agrees to sell off former Upton Tourist Information Centre

THE former Tourist Information Centre in Upton Upon Severn will be sold off.

This is after councillors agreed to move forward with plans to sell the High Street building.

Since the TIC moved its work to the Pepperpot, the building has been let out to different commercial tenants.

The upper floor offices have been empty for several years and are said to be in need of “significant investment” to bring them up to a lettable standard.
