UNIVERSITY PARK — Back in person for the first time since 2019, the annual Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference gave industry leaders a chance to connect while having a positive impact on the local economy.
More than 700 transportation experts and professionals from around the country attended the Dec. 7-9 event at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center.
Lindsay Miller, director of Penn State Conferences and Institutes, said she was
